Our Mission

Hoverfly provides bespoke helicopter transfers throughout Italy and neighboring regions, supporting a wide range of travel needs, from executive mobility and luxury leisure itineraries to complex logistical and offshore operations. Each journey is designed with careful attention to efficiency, discretion and comfort, ensuring that every client receives a seamless and elevated travel experience.

At the heart of Hoverfly’s success is its customer-centric operational model. Structured sales and operations teams work in direct coordination with pilots and technical personnel, preserving continuity at every stage of the journey. This integrated approach allows the company to respond quickly to client requirements while maintaining clarity, reliability and personalized service from initial planning through post-flight follow-up.

Innovation and compliance remain central to Hoverfly’s philosophy. The company holds Air Operator Certificate IT.AOC.0167, OFO Certification for offshore operations and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization approval (CAMO). Beyond charter services, Hoverfly operates an in-house Flight Academy and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility, offering a fully integrated aviation ecosystem that enhances operational control, safety and technical reliability.

Hoverfly Srl acquired SAM Srl (Società Aerea Meridionale)

Extension of Part-145 for AW109 series, AS350 series, AS355 series, EC120, EC130 B4, AW169, R22/44

The Company obtained the ATO and HOFO Certifications confirming its authorization to provide aviation training services and to conduct commercial offshore operations

2020 - 2023
